Thanx Hampers uses reputable contract couriers. While we endeavor to ensure the delivery of your hamper is made at the allocated time, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery. If you are concerned that your gift has not arrived at your requested day or scheduled delivery time, please contact us & we will track your gift.
With your permission, the gift can be left in a safe place on the property if the recipient is not at home. If you prefer the gift not to be left unattended, a card left by the courier will include details to arrange are delivery. If this is the case, a further cost will be incurred.
Please make sure you give the correct address for the recipient. Additional charges will be made for re-delivery due to incorrect address.
Thanx Hampers attempts to prevent breakages by safely wrapping glass items and ensuring goods are safely packaged within each carton. Should your gift be damaged in transit please contact us immediately. The item will replaced and re-dispatched at no cost to you.
Courier companies have their own guidelines and we must abide by the information they give us. Occasionally a destination may not be within the couriers delivery zone or could be a different price than normal.
The delivery cost to send one gift to one address is outlined above. To send multiple gifts to the one address please call us to confirm delivery charge.
It is the customers responsibility to inform Thanx Hampers if a gift has not arrived.
